INIMINIMO LLC has designated an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office for copyright notices. Registration number DMCA-1079191, registration date 24 August 2026.
What your notice needs to include
To be effective, a notice must be in writing and include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it. A direct link is the most useful thing you can give us.
- Your contact details: address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Send it to dmca@iniminimo.ai, or by post to the address above. Email reaches us faster.
What we do when we receive one
We review the notice, and where it is valid we remove or disable access to the material. We notify the person who posted it and give them the notice, and we tell them they can send a counter notification. We keep a record of notices we receive.
Counter notification
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter notification to the same address. It must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal or disabling, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, your name, address, telephone number and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the district where you live, or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Iniminimo may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent. After receiving a valid counter notification, Iniminimo may forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person notifies Iniminimo that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material, Iniminimo may restore the removed or disabled material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after forwarding the counter notification.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate or restrict the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
A note on misuse
Sending a notice that knowingly misrepresents material as infringing carries liability under U.S. law. If a video features your own child and you want it removed, you do not need a copyright notice. Write to privacy@iniminimo.ai and we will review it.
